- Exhibit spaces are allotted on "first come first serve" basis.
- Exhibit tables will have skirts on each side.
- In case power connection is needed, there is an extra charge of $25 per connection. All requests for Power connection should be made two weeks before the event. Exhibit Business should read the electrical instruction listed here.
- No Changes will be allowed once the registration is complete and payment is received.
- All Payments are Non Refundable, Non Cancel-able and Non-Changeable.
- All exhibit booths sales are non-transferable, non-shareable and cannot be sub leased.

- AIHR is not responsible for any conflict between the exhibit businesses and buyer/event guest/event visitor of India Fest or Virginia Beach Convention Center. Business/owner is liable for his/her own Liability or Umbrella Insurance. Business/owner will use his/her own insurance in case of any conflict occurs related to products or services sold or offered by the exhibits.
- Exhibit Business will not hold AIHR responsible for any natural calamities, acts of god, fire, theft, flood, hurricane, storm, lightening, stampede, shoplifting, loss of goods/service/people/income.
- AIHR reserves the right to change, cancel, and revise any exhibit space configuration, paid or unpaid registration or booth reservation at any point of time. AIHR Reserves the right to cancel or change date of the event, INDIA FEST. AIHR will inform the Exhibitor via the registered email. AIHR is not liable for any loss of personnel, business, services and products incurred by the exhibit business occurred because of any unexpected or emergency situation, alteration or cancellation of India Fest. AIHR has the right to shutdown INDIA FEST event before 7 PM Eastern on the day of the event.
- In case you have any questions or concerns, please contact AIHR representatives before paying for the exhibit booth.
- In case of any disputes, Exhibit Business agree that such disputes will be settled out of any court through a Virginia Beach, VA based Negotiator or arbitration.
- All requests for extra tables and chairs should be made 2 weeks before the event. Exhibit business will have to pay $5 for each additional chair and $20 for each additional table
- Exhibit Space is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from AIHR Representative
- AIHR doesn't store or process any Credit Card information or transaction on the website. All Credit Card transaction traffic are directed and processed through Paypal. Please contact Paypal directly for any kind of dispute or security issues. Exhibit Business understands this technical mechanism of internet transaction and releases AIHR from any security or financial liability pertaining to this financial transaction.
- By filling this registration form (online or mail), exhibit businesses participating at India Fest agrees with all the above instructions and conditions. Exhibit Businesses also agree that they have read the Exhibit Setup Instructions section under the Quick Links on the Exhibit Registration page.
