Priority & Availability
Advertisement for prime spots on souvenir and VBCC are reserved for our premium sponsors. All advertisements are based upon first come first serve basis and space availability.
Dimensions & Placement
All advertisements are in color. Dimensions are based upon approximation. Retractable or Pop up advertisements will be placed at VBCC depending on spot availability, and banner dimensions can be increased depending on VBCC approval.
AIHR Rights
AIHR reserves the right to offer discounts on any advertisement and to cancel printing of advertisements, souvenir, flyer and ticket booklets. Paid advertisements pertaining to that area will be refunded if cancelled.
